Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Pixovia. They form a binding agreement between you and TF Globe Pte. Ltd.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pixovia (pixovia.app), operated by TF Globe Pte. Ltd. ("Pixovia", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202223582W).

By creating an account or using Pixovia in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pixovia.


1. The Service

Pixovia provides a platform for event hosts to create shared photo galleries and for guests to upload, view, and download photos from events — without requiring a guest account or app download.

1.1 Who can use Pixovia

  • Hosts must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address
  • Guests may use Pixovia to upload and view photos without an account. By uploading, guests confirm they are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian if under 18
  • Pixovia is available to users across Southeast Asia and worldwide, subject to these Terms

1.2 Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@pixovia.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You may not share your account with others.


2. Plans & Payments

2.1 Plans

Pixovia offers the following plans per event:

Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and Singapore Dollars (SGD) as displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

2.2 Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing payment, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on our behalf. All paid plans are per-event and non-recurring unless otherwise stated (Pro plan is a monthly subscription).

2.3 Refund policy

  • Free plan: No payment, no refund applicable
  • Paid one-time plans (Basic, Standard, Premium): Refund requests may be made within 48 hours of purchase if the event has received fewer than 10 photo uploads. Contact support@pixovia.app with your event ID
  • Pro subscription: You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Refunds are not available once an event's photo reveal has been triggered

2.4 Plan expiry

Events and their photos are automatically deleted after the plan's storage period from the event creation date. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before expiry. Pixovia is not liable for data loss due to plan expiry.


3. Your Content

3.1 Content you upload

You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you upload to Pixovia. By uploading, you grant Pixovia a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating the event gallery. This licence terminates when the content is deleted from our systems.

3.2 Content you are responsible for

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to your events (as a host) or to any event you join (as a guest). You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content
  • The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
  • You have the consent of all identifiable persons depicted in photos you upload
  • The content does not violate any applicable law

3.3 Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Pixovia:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexualised depiction of minors. We report all such content to the relevant authorities and terminate accounts immediately
  • Explicit sexual or pornographic content
  • Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation
  • Content that defames, harasses, or bullies any individual
  • Content that infringes copyright or trademark rights
  • Malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material
  • Content that violates any applicable law in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, or the jurisdiction of the uploader

Pixovia reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts responsible for repeated violations, without refund.


4. Host Responsibilities

As an event host, you are responsible for:

  • Moderation: Reviewing and removing inappropriate content uploaded by guests to your event. Pixovia provides tools (hide, delete) for this purpose
  • Guest access: Ensuring that event links and PINs are shared only with intended guests
  • Compliance: Ensuring your use of Pixovia complies with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining guest consent where required in your jurisdiction
  • Accuracy: Providing accurate event information during setup
  • Not misrepresenting Pixovia: You may not suggest that Pixovia endorses or is affiliated with your event or business

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use Pixovia to:

  • Circumvent plan limits through technical means
  • Upload content in bulk using automated tools without our written permission
  • Attempt to access other users' events or data without authorisation
  • Use Pixovia for surveillance, monitoring, or tracking individuals without their knowledge
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from Pixovia
  • Resell or sublicence access to Pixovia without our written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand elements of Pixovia — including the name "Pixovia", the Pixovia logo, and the tagline "Every moment, beautifully captured" — are the intellectual property of TF Globe Pte. Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

The Pixovia platform, including its code, design, and UI, is our proprietary work. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to our intellectual property.


7. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.


8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service availability

Pixovia is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Content disclaimer

Pixovia does not pre-screen content uploaded by users. We are not responsible for content uploaded by hosts or guests. If you encounter content that violates these Terms, report it to support@pixovia.app.

8.3 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixovia's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to Pixovia in the 3 months preceding the claim, or SGD 50, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixovia, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Pixovia, your content, or your violation of these Terms.


10. Account Termination

10.1 By you

You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent. Active paid events will continue until their storage period expires; no refund is issued for remaining time.

10.2 By us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, particularly for CSAM, repeated content violations, or fraud. For less serious violations, we will typically provide a warning first.


11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) under its standard mediation procedures, and if still unresolved, to the courts of Singapore.

For users in Malaysia: disputes may alternatively be resolved in Malaysian courts where required by applicable consumer protection law.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered hosts by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Pixovia after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
